I really enjoy being at the center of a project team. I worked as the lead in my internship also for the past four months. I was in charge of 3 other interns who delivered over 150 excel sheets of clean data in 3 months. Before that I worked at ABC Ltd. for two months, where I won a special mention award for spotting 4 bugs in their main product. Itu2019s been a great learning experience, but Iu2019m ready to spread my wings now at an MNC like RBS.

HR Round Question 2: Why do you want to join RBS, a bank after B. Tech/graduation?

Accepted Answer

I did engineering under parental pressure and out of confusion. Heart of hearts, I am a banker. I had always wanted to take commerce in 12th and land a government job or become a CA. I come from a middle class family and a bank job is considered to be a dream goal there. Besides, both my parents are mathematics teachers, hence I am automatically good with numbers. That's why I feel a job at a reputed bank like RBS can be the closest to my dream career and I am sure I will be satisfied all the way until my retirement day, in a company such as yours.

HR Round Question 3: Why not clear GATE and get a government job?

Accepted Answer

I am interested in this position as I want to gain real world experience and RBS is a reputed brand to work for. Banking and finance as I said, have always been an aspiration or a passion to me. Also, I love being around money, hence I will not go for GATE or any other government job. If today's interview result is not favorable, I will appear for IBPS instead and get into any bank as a PO.
