The Indian corporate scene is constantly changing. Today, companies have become mindful of their employees and are making efforts to bring in a sense of inclusion and diversity.

As the companies slowly adapt to the new norms, employers today are more sensitive, careful, and considerate of their employees’ preferences than they were a decade ago.
