Even though the interview was not very difficult & I think I have done well, but somehow didn’t get the offer. I was evaluated on some important questions like: Why are you interested in joining our organization? Have you ever worked in power sector before? In response to their questions I confidently answered: Need a job as I am a fresher and need a good base company. This did not convince my recruiter I guess.
