REMARKS
Please mention your remarks on the Written Test process.
I have been asked 15 questions to answer. All are technical. They are bit of logical, not too hard.
What went right for you at different stages of the process?
The best thing was written test where I was being judged quickly. I was able to write correct answers to most of the questions. I think that is what initially creates the best impression in interviewers’ mind. And the way I presented things during interview, I shortened/quickened my replies when I assumed he was getting bored (HR interview)..
What went wrong for you at different stages of the process?
I don’t think anything went wrong in the interview. It was my first interview ever. I was honest for every question he asked.
What question(s) did you ask the interview panel?
Not much. At the end of the interview he offered me to ask some questions. So I asked two questions. One about the company (turnover, what they basically do!!) and other was about the job (who are they looking for, what will we be the type of work we will be given).
Any suggestions/ dos & don’ts/ special preparation tips for your juniors:
I suggest to be honest with them for every answer you give. They could easily trap you if you try to tell them anything you are not sure about.
Do not try to answer any if you don’t know it rather just say “I don’t know”.
