I got selected in this company.
There were three round of interview. I gave an interview in Egon Zehnder and I have been working in Egon Zehnder for more than 1 year as Associate Coding.
Round 1: In 1st round, they asked me about my graduation which I have done on it.
Round 2: In 2nd round, they took written test and lastly it was a operational round. In written test, they put some General Knowledge question and all, mostly of 500 fortune companies and countries capital. I had a good knowledge on that and it was easy for me to solve that test.
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company : Good communication skills is a key to success.
Key skills tested in the process: They were testing the communication skills and the general knowledge about the company.
