Generally, in many placement tests, first round is Aptitude test. So, along with efficient programming you should also get yourself well prepared for aptitude test.
Parts of aptitude tests are logical, reasoning, analytics and English comprehension test. It also checks your grammar and vocabulary and sometimes current affairs.
The second round is of group discussion, which focuses on your speaking as well as logical skills. You should first listen and understand the topic very well. While speaking, prove your points with examples and do not panic.
After this comes the third and very important “”Technical Round”” in which you will be interviewed and asked about your professional skills. Explain your projects and do not write too much in your resume if you do not understand that topic.
Finally, when you have passed all these rounds, you will have your HR interview. In which your, achievements, a bit personal life and expectations from the company will be asked. Do carefully answer and do not lie about anything.
Then if you are needed there, you are in.
