REMARKS
Please mention your remarks on the Application Form. (Questions, Qualification details):
It asked for all the qualification details up to graduation and your addresses.
Please mention your remarks on the Group Discussion process. (Topic, Duration, No. of Members):
My topic was “Social Media Good or Bad”, the duration was around 25 min and the batch was made of 10 people. After the discussion among the candidates each candidate is asked to sum-up his/her point in a minute. It is an elimination round around 6 or 7 people clears the round on an average.
Please mention your remarks on the Written Test process.
It is an online test consisting of only aptitude question. I guess it has around 60 questions to be solved in 60 min. Along with the online test they also asked us to write a communication test,in which we had to summarize a paragraph( given by them) to an email
What went right for you at different stages of the process?
No idea, i guess only the time was right…:P
What went wrong for you at different stages of the process?
All the 4 rounds was taken in a day for us so the process became too hectic and also I couldn’t wear formals for the interview(Because after the GD results they gave us only 10-15 min to come back for the interview, P.S. I am Lazy).I was afraid the being in casual wear could turn my interview upside down, Luckily got through it..:)
What question(s) did you ask the interview panel?
My interview panel had only 1 person and he had asked me many civil engineering questions, so I just asked him informally if he was from civil background to which he smilingly replied I can ask u anything. At the end of the interview I apologized for being in a casual wear and he said “Thanks for telling, I didn’t noticed that”…me trolled..:P
Any suggestions/ dos & don’ts/ special preparation tips for your juniors:
The aptitude is quite easy ,so it can be worked out. Don’t beat around the bush in the communication test, it’s a business Email so write it as simple and condensed as possible. Do make one or two good point in the GD so that you are noticed and also prepare a bit of C/C++ questions for the technical interview and lastly do wear FORMALS for the interview.
