Company: Investors Clinic

Profile: Business Development Manager

Salary: 3-4 lakhs

Interview Date: Oct 2015

Name: Jayesh Naithani

Result awaited.

It was an off campus application. They had two rounds. First was telephonic and second was the personal interview.

Round 1: First round was a telephonic round. It was simple as they just asked some questions from the CV which was submitted before. Study your CV properly and don’t write anything which is fake or not relevant. Prepare small description about everything you have done in advance because if you will hesitate or think and speak they form a view that you might making up things. Just be confident on phone.

Round 2: Second round was the personal interview. I went to their office for the it. It was with the HR person from the company. Again the same question was asked. Tell me something about yourself. After that some logical questions on marketing and sales were asked. I was asked to prepare a strategy to increase the sales of the company.

Overall Experience: Every interview is 50% in hand if you answer the question “Tell me something about yourself” in an innovative manner. Don’t tell them about your family until they ask for it. Most of the companies look at your confidence and strategy planning and logical skills. Study about the company before and find where they are lacking and if they ask you to plan a strategy then plan it accordingly.

Key skills tested in the process: Logical Skills, Aptitude Reasoning Strategy planning
