It doesn’t matter that how are conditions, you must not loose your confidence.
Rounds
1. in first round there was engg. head, production head, mechanical head and HR member were present for my interview. first of all they asked me to the meaning of my name. which is generally asked everywhere. so I tell him and I tried to control my nervouness and I succeed because I didn’t know anyone of them so I think they are nothing and I just give my answers and try to satisfied them. this thinking helped me to go in comfort zone and I gave all answers very confidently and which one I didn’t know I just said sorry I don’t know.
2. in second round there was site president for interview. I think same and don’t afraid from him and gave my best with full confidence. I think it doesn’t matter how much u know, if you are a fresher u must be have full confidence.
3. round three was written exam which was called Mental Ability Test. at this point ur IQ held you. of your IQ is good you will got success because questions will be simple BT time is less so if your IQ is good you can solve and got success.
Overall Experience & Strategy
When I went for interview I didn’t know what will happen BT I was prepare for interview in which google and first naukri helped me to just realized the thinking of interviewer. and when we went for interview I was first whose they call for interview so I just thought to not loose my confidence. and for secound round my strategy was same, but for 3 round, which was written exam there no strategy helped I just took good preparation of aptitude. which helped me.
Tips to follow
we can’t know about our future, we can’t know what interviewer will ask so we should take our praperation and the thing which helps that is our attitude and confidence, if anyone of them you loose you can’t win. so don’t afraid face them with full confidence and positive attitude, you will surely win.
motivation for applying
good reputation in market and secure future.
