There were two rounds of Interview: Personal Interview, Panel Interview. This was not very difficult to crack. They evaluated me by asking certain questions like Why are you interested in working here in china? What is your major qualification?. I could confidently answer that I studied here in china .so want to stay here and work for experience. I am B.E Mechanical pass out. & as a result am a Jindal Steel Employee today.
In my opinion, in order to crack any personal interview just be confident. Work hard play hard. Job will come and go. Life won’t.
