There were 3 Rounds of interviews– Skill Assessment, IQ/General Knowledge Test, Psychometric test & I must say they were difficult. They started with some basic questions like: what are your strengths and weaknesses? In my opinion if you want to clear any interview then follow these rules-
• Stay confident.
• Eye contact is must.
• Just answer what is asked, don’t overdo.
• Keep a confident smile on the face.
• Use simple English or English with which you are comfortable.
Before leaving for interview spend 5 minutes on meditation. It will help you during your interview, never give up, as there is always something for you & just keep moving..
