There were three rounds of Interview: Personal Interview, Skill Assessment, and Personality Check which was not very difficult to crack. They evaluated me by asking certain questions like why do you want to join our org.? Why do you have interest in the fields of transport, power & automation industry?
In my opinion, if you want to clear any interview then you should be yourself & confident. Rest is destiny. Go through the company’s website & gather as much info. From there as you can. Be an independent person and earn your own life.
Avoid using regular using words like slangs, as I committed a mistake by saying “Fuck” by mistake in the middle of the interview! I was lucky enough that the recruiter accepted my apology & still recruited me. Well every time you cannot be lucky, so it’s better to be cautious.
