I wasn’t selected.
There were four rounds of interview.
The interview was conducted in our college that is IMSEC. The environment was very good. Everything was very proper in an organised manner. We were tested to the deepest of our knowledge at various levels.
Round 1: Written- In this round we were given aptitude questions. There were 30 questions.
Round 2: Technical round- In this round we were judges on the basis of technical skills and knowledge.
Round 3: MR-this round was a mixtyre of TR and HR.
Round 4: HR- in this round we were asked about our lives, experiences, strength, weaknesses etc.
Please describe your overall experience & Strategy you followed for each round: I prepared my written from Various books and websites and looked for various placement papers on net.
I looked for various interview experiences for the other three rounds and learned various concepts of different subjects.
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company: Go through a particular book for aptitude and technical questions from net or books.
Go through various interview experiences through net.
Key skills tested in the process: Communication skills, Technical knowledge, Attitude.
Courses or certification that will help in getting selected: JAVA, Advanced JAVA
Coaching / class room training you attended for the preparation: NIIT for JAVA.
