Company: Vodafone
Profile: BPO
Salary: 15000 aprox
Interview Date: 2014
Name: Aman Durgani
There were two round of interview. I got selected in this company. Confidence can kill by words
Round 1: It starts with casual introduction. A lady came in and starts asking questions to all of us one by one. We were around 15 candidates. She starts from me with my introduction and then she asked “”Whats my favorite indore game, I replied Chess””. so she asked whose your favourite other than “”Vishnathan Anand”” so I replied her “”MY favourite player is “”Eric Mathew “”, he plays from America side and he is the youngest player in chess history. She believed me and select me for the next round.
Round 2: It was direct face to face interview .I went inside the room and sat on the chair, The interviewer starts asking the questions about myself, my education, etc. Then he comes to the resume, I submitted to him, after sometime he got his eye on the coloum which says, I know one foreign language that is “”French””. So he asked me to talk to him in French and So I did but he wants me to go into brief so I mix my mother tongue that is “”Sindhi”” with “”French”” and served in front of him. He got amazed with my fluency and selected me.”
Please describe your overall experience & Strategy you followed for each round: I experienced that you can achieve anything if you are confident and followed this .
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company : I think we should be confident and then everything goes with the flow.
Key skills tested in the process: “Fluency Confidents Knowledge”
Funny/ best / weird / thrilling moments during the process: The best moment was when I mixed my mother tongue that is Sindhi with French it sounds same to the interviewer.
