There were two round of interview.
I Demands instead of them..
“First round as we all now was Aptitude test. This was a written test having a multiple choice questions. It was easy to pass out cause it just checks our mental abilities.
In second Round , there was HR to take my interview. Basically it was the job of data processing so the questions are belongs to MS-Excel. But i am clearly speak to him that my ambitious is to become product developer engineer. I just want to this job because I don’t want to loose my time. And also I can do work 5 days in a week because I have to take classes in weekend. She looks agreed but wanna discuss it to the other colleagues. So this can be the major reason for delay in the result.”
“My first interview experience was very exciting. I need keep my mind fresh and keep in anyway. In first round there is a simple strategy of answering the answer but right. in second round, my strategy was to give topic to the HR on which she should question me. As Per My choice. ”
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company :”Put A big stone(Own topic in which you are best) on the Desk(HR’s mind). it will sure, you will succeed. ”
