They evaluated me by asking certain questions like Why are you interested in working here in china? What is your major qualification?. I could confidently answer that I studied here in china .so want to stay here and work for experience. I am B.E Mechanical pass out. & as a result am a Jindal Steel Employee today.
In my opinion, in order to crack any personal interview just be confident. Work hard play hard. Job will come and go. Life won’t.
