There were 3 rounds in the interview process.
Round 1 : Project Submission
Round 2: Presentation
Round 3: Interview
In the first round each individual had to submit a project idea which can be implemented for the benefit of all. The individuals were then short-listed on the basis of their project and were called for the presentation.
Then in the final round there was an interview for short-listed candidates from their presentation regarding their project and our technical skills.
Few questions asked during interview process were-
1) Tell me something about yourself
2) About my project, how it is different from others
3) Implementation of the project.
My overall experience was very good as it tested my ability to express in front of others. My strategy was to be very confident while answering all my questions and to give all the answers correctly.
Being confident and having good knowledge about project helped me to crack this interview process and get selected.
