Topics: Television ruining our culture, 20 min, 8 Members, I took charge and coordinated the GD very well, people who were trying to dominate I took chance from them and passed it to people who were not talking too much. People who were talking genuinely where the ones who got selected.

What went wrong for you at different stages of the process?

My CV had a lot of financial stuff, they thought I am more suitable for financial job then this and hence should apply for that. They were very much impressed by my CV though but they said that it was not the kind of job that suits my CV.

What question(s) did you ask the interview panel?

Technical Interview: Tell me about yourself? And that the discussion went off  track to job requirement and my skills in resume, I tried convincing him that I can for your financial services division but he said he cannot guaranty that.

HR interview: Not qualified

Any suggestions/ dos & don’ts/ special preparation tips for your juniors:

Must speak in GD from time to time and very clearly also should try coordinating the same.

Should make CV matching to job profile other things should be removed.

Must prepare about some basic questions of like tell me about yourself, should know about the company, and how you fit in.
