First Round was aptitude exam which I could not clear.
Please describe your overall experience & Strategy you followed for each round: I prepared for aptitude for this career launcher classes was conducted in our college.
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company: First important thing one have to do is prepared well for the aptitude exam. Technical part is the second important thing which company required from the candidate so prepare from the core books provided in library and online lectures and a good command on any programming language is must.
Key skills tested in the process: How you work under pressure, your nature and technology you can work and good communication is necessary.
