I was successfully submitted my application form for Network Engineer position at NOKIA Networks career portal and was verified before invite for the interview process. I was requested to share my qualification details while applying for the applied position and successfully registered my qualification details with the application.

I was requested to speak on topic “Emerging Technologies in energy harvesting for meeting present and technological development demands” and I demonstrated my eloquence of usage of words by defending my statements on encouraging more solar powered devices for public electronic appliances and proved my intellectual abilities through sharing my views of my statement.

I was requested to summarize the details of the scenario described in the report submitted by the model company policies and regulation on improving the quality of the employees as well to increase the profit to the business. I wrote 200 words summary on the provided scenario and justified my views on the policies and regulationary changes in the model company. With this, I listed the employee comments on the regulationary changes in the model company and described the pros and cons on each change on the individuals. Added to that I elaborated employee satisfaction on encouraged policy changes and listed the favorable policy requirements towards benefiting the model company. Finally I concluded with solution on imposing policies and regulationary changes to the employees to establish the company as the Model Company aspired.
What went right for you at different stages of the process?
The introductory phase were as I expected, requisition phase of job description on hiring role and satisfactory explanation of matching my skillsets towards the shared job description.
What went wrong for you at different stages of the process?
I was not welcomed by the interviewer who were invited me for the interview process, the interviewer were exhibited as they were busy with other schedule and were inclined to extend the stay for interview process.
What question(s) did you ask the interview panel?
On final call with the interviewer on concluding the interview process, I questioned on the present opportunities and requested to share the feedback of the interview interaction knowing my strength.

Be early at interview location and aware of the interview process by reporting to the invited person early before the scheduled time.
