I wasn’t selected
There were three rounds of interview.
First round was of coding via which 30 students were shortlisted. Further a telephonic interview was held in which students were first asked to introduce themselves with further tech questions. I could not clear the telephonic interview.
Please give brief description of each Round:
First Round(Coding):-We were provided with questions to code in any suitable language.
Second Round(Telephonic Interview):-First the person asked me to introduce myself. Then he asked me a couple of questions from Java and C. Finally he asked me to provide him with an ALGO for a code.
Please describe your overall experience & Strategy you followed for each round: Overall experience was nice. I was a bit tensed due to which I might not be selected for further rounds.
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company: One should always be confident in providing with their answers.
Key skills tested in the process: Coding skills with writing and communications skills.
Courses or certification that will help in getting selected: Android Certification
Your motivation for applying: Never give up and don’t be disheartened if you fail in one of them.
Funny/ best / weird / thrilling moments during the process: The coding round was a bust as only 19 students were there for the first round and 30 students had to be shortlisted.
