There were four rounds of interview. I wasn’t selected.
Heading – Brief, one line advice/strategy/experience snapshot – Experience was good, learnt lots of thing from there. In my opinion, try to present yourself with positive attitude and full confidence.
Round 1: Online e-mail writing and aptitude test: In this test all the questions that were asked was very good and I cleared the first round.
Round 2: Technical Interview: In this round technical questions were asked as per the skill set I mentioned in resume. I cleared this round too.
Round 3: Managerial round: In this round also I was asked the technical questions along with the B.Tech subject knowledge. I cleared the Managerial round too.
Round 4: HR Round: In this the basic question regarding myself and the situations that I need to work with. I was out of this round.
Please describe your overall experience & Strategy you followed for each round: I was first of all started with the basic that is, what is the basic things and the skill set that is required in this company and then I started revising the whole B.Tech subjects that I read till then and prepared.
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company : Follow the Arun Sharma’s books for Aptitude. Prepare puzzles and communication skills must be improved.
Key skills tested in the process: Basics of C, C++, Core Java SQL
Recommended Books: Book- Arun Sharma.
Courses or certification that will help in getting selected: Any Certification of the technology which is needed in the Company.
