I wasn’t selected. There were three rounds of interview. I went to the last round of selection but didn’t get selected as all students selected were female candidates . This is the experience of my first placement.
“I am going to tell about my first experience of placement .
ZS associate had came to my college (Kirorimal College ) for the post of sales executive . I was very happy as it was my first placement drive .
I was well dressed in formal uniform and excited too.
It started on 10am sharp with an aptitude test.
I gave the test and qualified for the next round .
We got result next day and I was very happy as I was selected.
The next round was conducted on very next day and it was a group discussion round .
We have GD on the topic reservation.
I performed well and got selected .
The next round was conducted at ZS associate office and and it was an interview.
They asked question and I replied well and I was confident well that I would get selected .
But, when final result came I was shocked as I was not selected.
I show the result on my mail there was not a single male candidate was selected.
Whatever has happened was not good.
But ,that is call the life as win and loss is the part of the life .”
My overall experience was not good with my first interview.
Tips to follow while appearing for each round or company : We should be self confident and attentive while attending the placement We should be humble and disciplined.”
