Open the Admin interface by logging in as the Tenant administrator.
In the left nav, click the Manage Roles link.
Create a new user role and provide this role's access rights to various entities.
There are two configuration modes:-
Read-Only(RO): RO only permits reading.
Read-write(RW):For a specific entity, RW access permits creation, updating, and deletion.
When you define the role, you can assign the privilege to permit Purge Results.
Assigning roles to the user
When creating a new user, give each Project that person access to a Role.
By going to the Manage Users area in the Admin window, log in as the Tenant Admin, and create Roles for each Project that is accessible.
In the left nav, log in as the project administrator and select User Setup. Choose a role when adding a new user to a project.
