To facilitate stakeholder involvement in the Security BU team as part of the SaaS shift, Cisco is seeking a Business/Data Analyst (ROI). This position necessitates interaction with various positions, including project managers, peer business analysts, operations managers, engineers, and product managers.

You will be working with stakeholder organizations from the Security sectors of Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to the business analytics team's continuing application upgrades and technical project delivery in connection to the systems that the security teams depend on.
   
• Preserving the documentation and traceability for all the allocated requirements.
   
• The Analyst must possess exceptional communication and persuading abilities and working knowledge of business processes and systems. The capacity to manage and prioritize end user issues/requests because the position involves high internal customer involvement.
   
• Examine and analyse the functional, technical, and business requirements.
   
• Clear specifications of user needs, business processes, and procedures must be written to build and deploy reporting and insight.
   
• Analyze product requirements closely with an Agile development team to fulfill the epic-level product roadmap commitment.
   
• Help with user acceptance testing and quality assurance of current and proposed software solutions.
   
• Identify and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities in close collaboration with system architects.
