Campus Drives

Intuit conducts various on-campus and off-campus drives. Most of these drives are for BTech/BE graduates in Computer Science and related field. We will be discussing both types of drives in detail. Before moving forward, have a look at the eligibility criteria to apply for Intuit.

On-Campus Drives

Lenskart usually conducts on-campus placements in Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges. The selection process is of 4-5 days in-campus. It usually consists of a virtual coding round, technical interviews and an HR round.

Virtual Coding Round

The virtual coding round includes up to 4 coding questions. The main goal of this round is to check your fundamental data structure and algorithm knowledge. You can expect the questions to be easy to medium level. 

Technical Interview

The technical round is the second round of the off-campus drive. It mainly consists of basic DSA questions and questions from your majors and your project. The interviewer assesses your technical skills, so prepare all the tech you mentioned in your CV. 

HR Round

The HR round consists of usual HR questions that check your values. Your basic etiquette, your honesty and your vices will be checked by HR. Make sure to be yourself and don’t lie about anything because they know when you are not yourself.

Off-Campus Drives

Intuit conducts off-campus drives, usually in Banglore. The graduates who have completed their BTech/BE in Computer Science and related fields are eligible. The selection process for the software engineer position (SDE 1) is as follows:

Written/ Coding Round

The written round includes some technical MCQ-based problems and up to 3 coding questions. The main goal of this round is to check your fundamental data structure and algorithm knowledge. While writing the code, consider all boundary case scenarios. Most of the test cases are around these boundary cases.

Technical Round

There can be at least 2-3 technical interview rounds. You can be asked about your projects, internships, and CS core subject-related questions. You must have a good knowledge of the technologies you mentioned in your resume for the technical interview rounds. 

HR Round

This round is the final round of the drive. Questions from your background, core values and personality will be there. You should be as honest as possible; this round will be yours!

Development-Based Rounds

Intuit also have a development-based round for various position. Freshers or experienced graduates can participate in this round and can get themselves to be a part of Intuit.

The development-based round consists of 5 steps.

Interview Set-Up

The interview set-up time is 15-90 mins. Most people usually spend their interview set-up/prep time downloading software/tools. They also try solving a technical question on their own to present during the next round. 

Craft Demonstration

This is the project representation round. This round lasts up to 60 min. Around 4 interviewees will be on the panel, and you’ll be presenting your project to them. You can also be provided with a case study which you have to assess and come up with a solution. The case study help recruiter understand your approach to the problem.

Assessors Interview

This is more like a technical interview round. It will last around 45 mins, and there will be 2 interviewees. You can expect questions about the skills you mentioned and how it is going to help for the role you are applying for.

Team Member Interview

This is also a technical interview. It will be around 30 mins. The project in charge who you are going to work with will take your interview. It will be oriented around the project the team is working on and how you’ll contribute to the team.

Manager Interview

This round is the last round of the selection process. Here, your core values will be assessed along with your vision and how you will cope with various transitions. This round will be at most 20-30 min.

When you send messages for referrals, you’ll soon be receiving multiple responses. 

People are busy and may not react or even read your message immediately. If you do not receive a response, send a follow-up message in a few days. Send no more than 2-3 follow-ups over the course of 10-15 days. If that still doesn't work, look for someone else to refer you to.
