For Freshers

⭐ On-campus Drive: Accenture hires through an on-campus drive every year by visiting various Engineering colleges and universities for different roles. Interested candidates can apply through this drive.

⭐ Career Page: You can visit the official career page of Accenture and apply there for different roles you are interested in.

⭐ LinkedIn: Some senior employees usually post different openings for their team; candidates can take a referral from the current employee working at Accenture and apply for the job role.

For Experienced

On-Campus/Off-Campus Selection Drive

Every year, Accenture visits various engineering colleges in India to hire freshers candidates for different job roles like:-

💥 Application Development Engineering Associate (ADEA) 

💥 Advance Application Engineering Analyst (AAEA)

💥 Management Consultant

Let’s discuss the latest (September 2022) hiring drive by Accenture for an Advance Application Engineering Analyst (AAEA).

There were Five Rounds in total:-

💢 Screening by the Recruiter

💢 Cognitive & Technical Assessment

💢 Coding Assessment

💢 Communication Assessment

💢 Technical + HR Interview

A minimum of 6.5 GPA is required to apply for the job role. 

Some rounds are elimination rounds with minimum qualifying criteria for each round.

Let’s see what happens in each round.

Round 1 - Screening by the Recruiter

The screening round was based on CGPA and Resume. Among the applicants, those whose CGPA is good and who have relevant projects and internships in their resumes have a great chance of qualifying for this round.

After this round, the actual Assessment starts.

Round 2 - Cognitive & Technical Assessment

This round is taken on the Hirepro Platform. There were a total of 90 questions on topics like Quantitative, Reasoning, English Ability, Pseudo Code, Cloud, and Networking. 

The time allotted for this round is 90 minutes.

Difficulty Level: Medium to Hard

Note: This is an elimination round. If you fail to qualify, you will no longer be able to participate for the rest.

Round 3 - Coding Assessment 

Once you qualify the Round 2, a new link will be emailed to you for Coding Assessment. 

There were two coding questions asked in this Round. The time allotted for this round is 45 minutes.

Question Topics: String(Medium) and Dynamic Programming(Hard)

Difficulty Level: Medium to Hard

Solving at least one question by passing all the test cases will help you to qualify for this round.

Note: This is an elimination round. If you fail to qualify, you will no longer be able to participate for the rest.

Round 4 - Communication Assessment

This round is conducted to test your communication skills.

This round is completely automated. It had 6 sections, with the time required for each candidate to answer each question. 

The sections are:-

📝 Reading Sentences (8 questions) 

📝 Jumbled Sentences (10 questions)

📝 Listening (16 questions)

📝 Questions and Answers (24 questions)

📝 Retelling Story in your own words (3 questions)

📝 Speaking on a given topic (2 questions)

Note: This is not an elimination round. When participating in this round, be sure to use earphones with good microphones, be in a quiet place, and have reliable internet access.

Round 5 - ​​Technical + HR Interview

This round is a one-to-one interview round, where candidates are asked some technical and HR questions.

Some of the technical questions are asked from topics like:-

🌟 Computer Networks

🌟 Data Structures

To ace this round, prepare the Computer Science fundamentals, be thorough with your Resume, and prepare the commonly asked HR questions.

Note: During the off-campus drive, the first Round, i.e., Screening is not there, and everything else will remain the same for both on and off-campus drives.
