  • Who can participate - The CodeKaze contest is open to programmers from all around the globe. Everyone from freshers to professionals can participate.

  • Event Date and Time:

    The Codekaze will be live on 18th September from 8 PM to 11:59 PM (The test duration is 3 hours, but you have a 4-hour window to start and finish. This means you can begin anytime within the first hour and still complete the full test.)

  • The participants will have to answer 15 Aptitude-based MCQs and 6 Coding Questions in 3 Hours. 

  • Interview and Placement: Our placement team will contact the selected participants for further processing.

Rules

  • You can submit solutions as many times as you'd like, there are no penalties for incorrect submissions. Only your best correct submission will be considered.
  • Those who achieve the score first will be placed higher in the ranklist in case of a tie.
  • Discussing Code360 contest problems or any aspect of the problem, on any other platform on the web, on identification, could lead to disabling of respective account and banning from the community.
  • Please do not discuss strategy, suggestions, or tips in the comments during a live contest. Posting questions clarifying the problem statement is ok. If you are unsure, feel free to email us at code360@codingninjas.com
  • The problems will be partially graded. You will get score for passing certain test cases.

FAQs

Which browser should I prefer to use to participate in contests?

Code360 Contests are best supported on the latest versions Google Chrome browsers, both on the Windows and MAC systems.

What kind of questions can I expect in Code 360?

Mostly questions are focussed on data structures and algorithms skills. You can submit the code in C++, Java and Python.

Can I leave the test in the middle and continue later?

You can do that. But timer will continue and will not stop in between. When you come back you will lose the time of the test.

What if I encounter technical issues during the test?

You can email us at code360@codingninjas.com with the issue's screenshot. We will make sure to cater your issues.

What is the meaning of EXP?

You get EXP for successful submission on Code360. It can be within contest or other problems within Code360. It will help you increase your presence on Code360.

Can we participate in contests from mobile?

We are working on this. But currently this feature is not available.

Will I receive the results of the contest? If yes, when?

Yes, you will receive your results within a week from the Contest end date via email

Will I get the allotted time to attempt the contest if I start the contest just few mins before the event End Time?

No, you will not be allowed to attempt any of the problems after event end time. Test will end automatically at the End Time of Event which is 12 AM(19 September)

What programming languages can I use in the contest?

You can code in Java, C++ and Python only.

Is there a policy on plagiarism during the contest?

Yes, plagiarism is strictly prohibited. We use advanced tools to detect copied code. Anyone found plagiarizing will be disqualified from the contest.

Is the contest proctored, and how does proctoring work?

Yes, the contest is proctored to ensure fairness. Your screen and webcam may be monitored during the contest. Participants are advised not change the tabs and complete the test on the event tab only and give permissions to Camera(Though it is optional)

What is the hiring process after the contest?

Participants will receive information regarding the hiring process via email within a week after the contest.
