About The Contest:

SurveySparrow is hiring via code360 contests. In this contest, the coders compete while also improving their overall algorithmic knowledge. The coding contest helps students and professionals to tackle a problem by reading the concepts one doesn’t know, and also gain practical experience by coding the solution to the problem, thus improving their skills significantly. This coding competition packs the excitement of programming with the fun of learning into one compelling challenge. Don't forget to try out a sample problem if you are new to code360.

Job Brief (Frontend Developer) :                                                                                 

We are on the lookout for a tech-savvy Frontend developer-React JS who can translate the customer needs and user expectation into interactive web app.

Responsibilites : 

• Understanding the basic concepts of the technology powering the robust product.
• Approaching a problem with the designer's eye and user experience in mind and delivering nothing but wows.
• Implementing the requirements on time with extreme quality.
• Making it work first and eventually making it better.
• Continually learning the advancements in technology and being updated with the recent trends.
• Ability to understand the backend code and provide Front-end solutions that work.
• Collaborating with the Product Managers, Designers, and QA to ensure on-time deliveries. Interacting with the team and ensuring that the work will bring value to both the customers and the organisation.
• Owning the outcomes and being accountable for the work done.
• Being ready to iterate and pivot at any point in time.
• Being part of a positive work environment, open to interacting with peers and managers to improve the quality of work constantly.
• Understanding the requirements accurately and implementing them without any compromise.
• Ability to produce bug-free codes.
• Unit testing the changes before handing them over to QA.

Job Brief (Product Developer) :

• Collaborating with the Product Managers, Designers, and QA to ensure on-time deliveries. Interacting with the team and ensuring that the work will bring value to both the customers and the organisation.
• Owning the outcomes and being accountable for the work done. Being ready to iterate and pivot at any point in time.
• Being part of a positive work environment, open to interacting with peers and managers to improve the quality of work.
• Learning from the reviews and inputs from the peers and giving whatever you learned back to the team.
• Ability to produce bug-free code. Unit testing the changes before handing them over to QA.
• Understanding the nuke and corners of the tech stack from front-end development to infra management.
• Producing a proof of concept in a period to demonstrate a minimal viable product/feature.
• Implementing the requirements on time with extreme quality.

Education/Experience: 

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

• Only for folks who graduated in 2020,2021,2022 

Requirements:

• Expertise in any programming language and should have good hands-on.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in data structures and algorithms.
• Good knowledge in databases.

Salary Range: 5L per annum
