Collaborate with Operations & Engineering Managers and other Operations teams to implement solutions that enrich customer experience.
Track project issues, concerns, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; Act as an intermediate between Transportation/Operations leadership/business teams and engineering teams.
Analyzing and solving business problems focuses on understanding rootcauses and driving forward-looking opportunities.
Communicatingcomplex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them when solving business problems.
Participate in industry and other professional networks toensure awareness of industry standards, trends, and best practices to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience in financial/business analysis.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required.
2+ years of professional experience with analytics, business analysis, or equivalent consumer analytics position.
Advanced working knowledge of data analysis, data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse, and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing presentations of technical and business-level data.
Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity & competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
